Small Tackle
A teenager fishes from a dock on the Potomac River just below the old Wilson Bridge. Unlike the well-equipped fishermen in the boat, the boy has just a hook, line, float and sinker that will fit in a pocket when he’s not using them. And the fish, disturbed by the boat’s motor, may seek the shelter of his dock.
