Oracle

Pythia, the High Priestess of the temple of Apollo in Delphi, was the most powerful woman of the classical world.  Cicero noted that no affair of any distinguished individual went on without the sanction of the oracle.  Her advice was influenced by the spirit of the god and by the hallucinogenic vapors rising from beneath the cauldron in which she sat.

Limited edition hand-pulled etching print. There are two variations in the same edition set - one clear and one with hallucinogenic vapors.
